OMG!!!! i just got on the scale for the first time since the middle of Lent, so that was like 3 weeks ago, and Ive lost 2 kilos!!! Thats like 4.5 or so pounds!! haha, you have NO IDEA how happy i am. I have NEVER in all my diet and exercise history actually seen weight loss!!! YAY!!! soo happy. Ok, i just got back from my jog, I was out for 45 minutes, and i found a nice route to take. I alternated between jogging and walking, but i didnt stop at all, cept once to check out a really long worm (it had been raining before :) ) . It felt so good, cuz even though I was all sweaty and tired out and my calfs hurt, i know it it good for me!! Omg, so now, i dont feel so scared, after loosing 2 kilos, my goal of 15 really doesnt seem that big, espeically now cuz im gonna do this jogging thing! HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!! (oh and PS- i dont know if any of you remember, but a while ago i had a problem cuz i hate water so much, but for the lat few days, i havent drunken anything BUT it, and, i have to admit, its not so bad! For those of you who have my same problem, water that is a little warmer, like NOT out of the fridge is easier to drink.)
