Message Replying To From kels, Age 16 a good supper or lunch to counter act the splurge eating we all did yesterday (dont try to say u didnt, lol) cook and entire bag of frozen veggies in the microwave, mix them with butter spray, pepper, and salt, and eat them w/ extra lean protein like egg whites Your meal will total about 170 cals, have a yougurt for dessert(dont eat like this everyday, but it wont hurt after a big splurge, and its pretty tasty and filling |
