Hi guyz. After being depressed a lot, I would like to know how I did today. I think i did good today. ok, here it goes... Breakfast:Matzo w/butter YUM!!!:190 cals Lunch:Cheese sandwich, few crackers, juice box:290 cals Snack: well my teacher gave us juice today: high c juice box:90 cals After school: crackers: 100 cals Dinner: chicken in a bread that is like a pocket, salad with light italian dressing, milk(skim):510 cals overall: about 1200. I am going to do my denise austin weights workout 4 20 min. Is that a good day? thankz ~jenna
