If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Olivia, Age 14 hi i am soo body concerned i mean i have a eating problem i eat to much i can't live without eating i weigh 145 and my healthy weight is suppose to be 112-115 and i am no where near that i need help i mean i need advice anything to help me get healthy and fit. i mean i am starting to run with my friend dan. But that isn't enough i have alot of muscle bc i twirl the baton so i have alot of arm and thigh muscles. so i need more advice to be healthy and not eat a whole lot is u have any suggestions plz tell me i really need help !!!!!!!!!!!!! |
