If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Marielle, Age 15 oatmeal for breakfast, turkey sandwich with healthy bread and 100 cal cookie packet and strawberies for lunch, another bowl of oatmeal for snack, and a half cup of turkey chili for dinner and another half cup of icecream for desert. i think i did better today :-). |
