BREAKFAST- 2 apple cinnomon waffles with a tiny bit of butter and syrup; LUNCH- peanut butter & jelly sandwich, some grapes DINNER- 6" veggie delite Subway sandwich, a chocolate chip cookie ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Exersizes: Morning: 20 jumping jacks, 2 minutes jogging in place, 4 minutes of marching in place Afternoon: 5 minutes of trampoline, 30 minute walk/jog Night: 50 jumping jacks and 20 arm/leg stretches ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ HOW'D I DO!?!?!
