I have been trying for a really long time to lose weight by counting calories...one problem I didnt know EXACTLY hpw many calories were in everything that i was eating.... So i tended to eat over my calorie limit thinking that i wasnt I went to Borders book store and bought an AMAZING book called The Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat & Carb Counter by Allan Borushek I highly recomend this book i has almost ever single food in it and more than 100 fast food chain calorie info it just doesnt tell you how many calories were in the foods either it also tells how many grams of fats and carbs in everything! This book is totally worth 6 dollars!
