If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From jackie, Age 14 I recently lost 15 lbs but i still have alot of extra fat on my stomach and thighs which i can't seem to lose. I was wondering if anyone knew of any exercizes (other than crunches bcuz those aren't really working) that would help me. thanks! |
