*phew* im back on track today. for breakfast i had grapes and a granola bar, lunch i had a turkey sandwich and a 100 cal cookie packet, for snack i had a frap lite (only 3 points out of the 20 i can eat a day!) and later on i had 3 pieces of veggie sushi and dinner will be fish and veggies. im going to run now a bit now!
