heyy guyss im 13 n i way like 190 i mean it seems like a lot but i think its a lot of muscle...anyways ive been trying REALLY hard to lose weight i just started a diet a couple days ago....i dont eat as much and i drink ALOT of water and i run 1 mile a night and do about 200 crunches a day..so far i think its workin pretty good ya know..i feel great....i really wanna lose weight for the summer n my school dance soo if any tips please tell me i really wanna shed some punds this time thanks
