Message Replying To From Marielle, Age 15 I'm running out of time to lose weight for summer, so i just want to lose as much as i can. i know i may not feel comfortable in a bikini, but tankinis and boardshorts always work for me! i just want to lose as much weight as possible. im not even going to set a desired goal. I'm going to sleep during that extra hour as all of you recommended, but im going to do crunches after school. ive been doing them for a while, so i'll do 100. muscle burns fat, so getting muscle in my tummy will help. i get bored on the treadmill quickly, so im going to get my dad to blow up the tires on my bike. i love riding, and its good exercise. i'll ride on weekends, being its been crazy during the week. i'll eat a balanced diet, and i can only have treats on saturday. i'll eat within my point/calorie range no matter, everday. i dont have time for breaks in the diet anymore. that means i need to diet on passover, i will probably only eat vegetables all day until that dinner so i can use all my calories for it. for everything i eat, i must eat it with thirty chews. anything you'd like to add to make this diet more hardcore? lol. reply and tell if this is ok to lose as much weight as i can? |
