Oh my word! I eat GREAT at school and in the morning then when I eat dinner or have a snack!!!!!!!! its INSANE!!!! I eat more now than I ever did! Even ho I am on a diet! And its not like im not eating enough 450 cals. for lunch and 300 for Break. then the rest is for dinner(about 500) Ok Example * breakfast granola bar 110 plus gatorade 200 * lunch sandwich 180 wheatthins 100 salad 100 carrots 75 Dinner (this is where it goes crazy) 3 LARGE pieces of Pizza!!!!! ( I dont even know how many calories Ice cream 360 Help!!!!1 and If you know how many calories are in a piece of large cheese pizza please tell me! I need some major modivation!!!! Help Help Help!
