I also wanna know if what I usually eat in a day is okay Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie (med glass) Lunch: Salad (no dressing), juice, fruit cup and a cheese stick Dinner: Veggie burger, salad, glass of milk Snack:Carrots And lots of water..my moto to myself is, if i pass a drinking fountain, take a drink. Do i eat okay?
