Here's what I had to eat today! Breakfast: a poptart and a banana= 300 cals.; Lunch: a pizza sauce stuffed pretzel and veggies w/dip= 400 cals.; Dinner: 3 chicken nuggets, a couple fries, corn, and a peice of sugar toast= about 450 cals. TOTAL: about 1,150 calories. How did I do today? PLEASE REPLY AND LET ME KNOW! ^_^
