If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Jasmine, Age 17 I'm back and I feel so great. I am now 138, I gained a little but here is what I did. -Run in the morning -Eat boil egg, toast,grapefruit, banana -Play tennis after school for an hour -Eat a snack which is usually a salad -Do 10 situps, 10 pushups, and 10 crunches....i stated out small then add an extra 5 each month.
