Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hey Everyone! Hows everyone been doing? I use ta be on this site pretty much everyday.. but i havnt been inna few weeks. But anyways.. I was wondering, I am on Spring Break from school right now and i am sittin home all day doing NOTHING. I useally don't have a reason to get up and do anything, no motivation. But my dog is getting very old now, and he is way over weight. His vet told us that if he didn't start getting some walking in...he will not be able to move very well and die much sonner. So now i use the excuse that my dog is gettin fat and im tlakin him for a walk!;-). haha. BUt anyways..on to my question lol. If i take him for a walk every day this week, and hold good to my diet, how long would i have to wwalk him to actully lose a pound or two? Please Let me know anything you know about burning fat as far as walking. Thanks a bunch. Love always *aNgIe*
