Hey all of u out there! Okay well recently i've been REALLY hoping to loose weight but im doing every thing wrong...from foods to exersizes! I dont kno but it seems like theres no way i can loose weight and it sucks! So i think it would be VERY helpful if some people gave me some tips and advice..that way i could find out what works best for my body! Any thing would be appreciated TONZ! Thanks -Charee (5'6 160lbs)
