hey you guys ive been doing pretty bad over spring break i lost five pounds but then last week i gained two or three back....so im deciding to focus on how much fat im eating as well as portion control and fruit and veggie consumption how does that sound??...today i have eaten about 10grams of fat and i have already eaten two meals which is really good! especially for me.... my excersize is gonna be running for track like always and doing abs,arms and buttocks excersizes...if yall have any tips, or suggestions to help with my diet i will appreciate it ALOT!! thanks everyone ~Brittany~
