Message Replying To From ellen, Age 14 Hey everyone! I was wondering how running a mile everyday will help me... I'd like to lose 10-15 lbs w/o bulking my thighs/legs up (thats why i'm hesitant to do regular leg exercizes)...i'd also like to flatten my stomach and "love handles", but situps and crunches aren't working for me... what do you guys think? |
