Okay..i dont think im doing too bad today..but lets see what you guys think : Breakfast: Bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 cup of skim milk. Lunch: Small piece of grilled chicken with mashed potatoes frozen lunch, salad(no dressing) and water (the frozen lunch only has 190 calories)..Bananna for a snack..and then I was thinking a veggies burger w/ no bun and with salad, and a glass of milk. Is today a good day, or a bad day?
