If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Megan, Age 14 Okay..i dont think im doing too bad today..but lets see what you guys think : Breakfast: Bowl of bran flakes with 1/2 cup of skim milk. Lunch: Small piece of grilled chicken with mashed potatoes frozen lunch, salad(no dressing) and water (the frozen lunch only has 190 calories)..Bananna for a snack..and then I was thinking a veggies burger w/ no bun and with salad, and a glass of milk. Is today a good day, or a bad day? |
