alright,i've had it. Im tired of all the girls on this sight wanting to know how to lose 10 lbs and how long will it take. 1- people need to stop setting goal weights and start setting goal sizes, because weights look different on different people. people need to stop with this "HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO LOOSE 10 LBS " because no one knows. it depends on about 100 different variables, like height, weight, size, muscle mass, bmi, activity level, what ur eating, and on and on..... no one knows, so instead of asking, how long, ask, how do i
