If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From helen, Age 15 ok i have decided STARTING TOMORROW ( im already done eating for today...) i am gonna follow a nice diet here is what its gonna consist of...breakfast a small amount of cereal and a piece of fruit lunch- half of whatevers at school when i come home - protein shake.. dinner ( after i work out) - a small portion of what ever my parents make how does that sound to yall? anything i need tochange? if so please say so ...and sorry for posting so much |
