Message Replying To From samantha, Age 14 so i've been eating 1300 cals a day and excercizing (gym class everyday and one mile every other day) for two weeks and i've gained three lbs. I don't know if this is muscle or what, but its really agrivating! and when i tried to mix up my routine and run a mile and a half, i got winded really quickly and had to stop. ugh this is frustrating! |
