Alright today was pretty good i walked for like 30-45 mins. then me and my friend went for like a 30 min. bike ride then we wrestled and played withher neices and nephew(5,3,1) and ran around alot. 2day i ate a little cup of apple sauce for breakfest, a peice of pizza and some strawberrie, after school i had a popsicle, for dinner I had a grilled chiken ceaser salad.yum o and i drank 2 liters of water 2day. well tell me what you guys think.
