i think i did bad today..for breakfast, a medium glass of fruit smoothie... Lunch: Salad (no dressing), 1/2 fruit cup. 1/2 yogurt, cheese stick, small thing of sugar free apple juice. Snack (this is were i figure i did bad) a small-med bowl of bran flakes cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. I ate it because i hadnt eaten as much of my lunch as im use to, so i was hungery when i got home..and they arent really that bad for you. Then for dinner i was thinking of having this thing i usually have, a plate of salad w/ out dressing, with a garden burger patty on top. its real yummy, then a glass of milk w/ it. So did i do bad or not?
