quick question. i know that if you eat 3500 calories, you gain a pound.. but does that mean 3500 calories total? or 3500 OVER what you are supposed to have ... like if i eat 1200 calories, then one day eat 4700 calories i gain a pound? ( i never eat THAT much lol)
