Message Replying To From jess, Age 15 ok, im 15 about 5'5" and i weigh around 160 last time i was weighed. i want to get down to about 125-135 by august. do yall think i can do it? im cutting out sodas and trying to cut out junk foods, what else could i do to reach this goal? && if anybody knows an effective way to trim & tone thighs it would be greatly appreciated if you would share that. thanks so much. |
