Message Replying To From Kaitlyn, Age 15 Has anyone tried to eat like 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones? Like today I had an 8oz glass of chocolate milk (160 cals) at 7:30, at 10:00 I had half a sandwich and a sugar free pudding (170). Then I'll eat at 12:30, between 3 and 4, and then between 6-7. Does this sound good, does anyone have any tips? Thanks! |
