I've been having a hard time sticking to a diet lately, but today went well, in my opinion, let me know what you think. I ate 12 servings of vegetables(I know, a lot, but they're good for me), a can of tuna, a strawberry, a sugar free popsicle(30calories, are those ok?), a diet Snapple Iced Tea(those okay), a diet energy drink(probably bad, but 0 calories) and water. I worked all day, so I didn't really have a chance to excersize, but I was on my feet 7 hours straight. How'd I do? Thanks in advance.
