If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Kaitlyn, Age 15 Today I went to the gym for like 2 hours. I did 12 mins on the stairclimber, 40 mins on the treadmill, 6 mins on the stationary bike, some crunches on the ball, some arm exercises and some leg exercises. I didn't eat too badly either!!! Yeah, wish me luck at weight watchers on tuesday! |
