Hey everyone! Starting a couple of months ago, I started doing this diet. I cutted down what I ate & exercised constantly every day. I drank a lot of water! After by a week...people started to notice a difference in me! I wrote before in the teen post...I lost around 10 pounds in a week! It could have been a little less...but yah I was loosing a lot. A little after that, people still told me. All I could think about is dessert! A little later I felt like I have gained some weight! So, again...I am continuing on doing how I was doing before! Wish me luck! All you people are doing great! ~Jess~
