Hey i'm 5'4 and I weigh about 160. For a few days i'v been waking up at 5 am and I power walk on the treadmill for about 20 min. then I do a bunch of toning exercises with weights and stuff till 6 am. If I drink a lot of water and try to cut out a lot of junk food do you think I could loose like 20 pounds? (my goal weight is about 125 but I dont want to set up things to high) Does anyone have any tips for me? Oh and I can only eat like a banana for breakfast cause if I eat more then that I get sick. and I think whats killing my diet is eating a lot when I get home from school. thanks!
