Message Replying To From ashley!, Age 15 hey guys! well today this is what i had. Please give me suggestions on what i need to eat more of or less of!! Thanks! breakfast- bagel with low fat strawberry butter lunch- 4 mini corndogs, skim milk, lettuce, and some tator tots (i know, like almost all of that is bad but that is what they served and I only had a little bit.) dinner- a pb&J sandwich with a diet coke. plus all during the day i drank water and I had track, then had to help coach little kids track, then had softball for 2 hours. |
