this is just a tip. i stopped eating bread and drinking soda, and eating lots of things and exercising every day about a week and a half ago. and now the thought of eating bread makes me sick, like im scared of it or something and carbs are like the only thing i used to eat. so if you feel you can't stop eating or drinking something it only takes a few days of will power and then you feel like itd be bad if you did! just a little motivation. and also ive noticed that my mom and sister have tried to make/help me lose weight numerous times before but i never even stuck with it a week and a half like i have now and i know thats not a lot but its good for me .... so if youre doing it for someone else than you probably wont stick with it. you have to be able to do it for yourself! ok just some thoughts lol.
