Hey guys, I havent really posted here in a while but I've been reading a lot of posts. Anyways, I just wanted to throw out a good sujestion for exercising. I found that I don't really like to go running or going for walks durng the day because the cars and people and it can just get annoying so I go for walks/runs at night. I go by myself around 8 and get back around 830ish. Its so relaxing! Then I fall asleep really quick too! Summer is 20 more school days away for me. I've been working really hard this Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. My weigh in is May 17th, so hopefully I am happy with what I see on the scale.
