okay so today for brek i had ceral w/ fruit.....then for luch we went out so i had a veggie omelete w/ cheese and 1/2 english muffin w/ jelly....dinner i am having 2 meatballs and a salad and milk and for dessert a banana and peanut butter!! and i lost a pound 155 now woot woot!!! i weighed myself like 3 days ago....oh and i had 2 liters and 3 glasses of water today, i did 60 crunchs,weights,60 arm exercises, and i danced for like 25 mintutes!! i havent done this well in a while yay! i'm so excited okay so post back! Do think i ate okay today?? anything i can improve on'??
