hey every1 ok well 2day was my 1st day at eating healthily and heres how i did: b/fast-low fat yoghurt, lunch- missed it so had a chocolate chip muffin at about 3.20 (bad yes i no but i was starvin cos i missed lunch), dinner-bowl of homemade soup, chicken and bacon pie with broccoli and 1 potatoe. god it looks a lot once ive wrote it down huh lol o well it was only my 1st day thers room for improvement 2moro. o n as 4 exercise well im not really big on it but i had a period ov pe 2day and im goin 2 take the dog a walk soon 4 about 30 mins so plz reply n tell me if i did ok!! thnx x
