hey! how did i do today? breakfast-grapes, lunch-yogurt, 100 cal pack, carrots. snack-popcorn (no butter) orange, dinner-lean cuisine (turkey, stuffing, baked apples-270 cals) then i had more grapes. i think it adds up to about 1200 cals in all, i also had a couple bites of granola bar. i ran 4 miles and lifted weights. how did i do?
