I could do really good with my diet but there's one problem....bread more particular bagels....i love them and i do need carbs but i don't want to eat like 3 a day and have like lets see I had about 13 servings of bread yesterday (oops) so I'm going to try to limit my intake because like 50% and more of my calories are coming from bread. So I will limit to 6 and then work down anyone else has problems from carb withdrawl tell me how you did it??
