HOW DID I DO TODAY? im tryin theat 5 smaller meal thing. I woke up to late to have breakfast for early lunch i had 1/2 of a low fat ham, lettace and meinster cheese sub that i made myself and a banana. Then i had 3 carrots, then 4 hrs later i had the other 1/2 and an orange. Then i had a small bowl of icecream (i know its not good but i was craving) and for dinner i had 1 blt w/ extra lettace and an or. Today i have drank well over 8 glasses of water and i did weights for about 10 inutes ran in place and did jumpingjacks for 20 minutes then walked on a trail downtown for an hour. I burned alot of cals becuase today its like 80 degrees. Did i do good????
