Hi today i think i did pretty good except for DARN ICECREAM! Well for lunch i had 1/2 a lowfat hom,lettace and cheese sub and a full orange then after school i had the other 1/2 and i banana but then i had 2 bowls of icecream :( . But then for dinner i had shrimp (not fried! VERY HEALTHY) and a salad with carrots and lettace. Tonight im gunna lift weights for 10 minutes and take a bike ride around my neighborhood twice.
