i did good then bad today but im done excellent the last few days! Today i had a naturevally granola bar (yummy) then 4 lunch lowfat ham,lettace and cheese sub and a banana then after school a banana, I had at least 6 glasses of water (less than usual) the bad part is: 4 pcs of pizza and a bowl of cinimin toast crunch. Im kinda mad at myself, but its friday!! I will just exercize ALOT tonight! Besides my bad slip up is this good?
