Hey Guys!!! okay i think i did wicked good today! okay so breakfast-fat-free,sugar-free muffin bar.....lunch-piece of grilled chicken........diunner-brown rice and another one of the sugar and fat free muffin bars 3 bottles of water....no exersise....i know not good on the water and exersise but im eating pretty good.....RiGhT?!?!?!?!wanna know what ya think!!!!!!!xoxo*Jessica*xoxo
