Message Replying To From Machala, Age 19 You need to eat more. You didn't eat any fruits or vegetables. For breakfast, feel free to eat the muffin bar, but add a piece of fruit in there. For lunch, instead of just the chicken, add some lettuce with some other vegetables and have a piece of fruit for a snack if you're still hungry. For dinner, the brown rice is good, but not too much and had some veggies and maybe some fish or chicken, something lean. Your water was okay, but you know you can do better and you will. Try to get out and excersize, take a walk around the block a few times. I don't know where you are, but the weather here is awesome to be outside. Good luck! |
