i'm 5 3 and 135 lbs... i know its not that overweight but i'd like to lose 15-25 lbs to feel better about myself. i eat well, but don't get to exercize that much-- i can only do it for like an hour or so a day, so do you guys think that i should spend that time running/jogging or doing calistenics @ home? or switch it up every other day or so? any tips would be really appreciated! thanks guys!
