Allright today i didnt do so hot....but theres always tommaro...k brek--yougurt (90 cals) english muffin (only 100 cals though) w/ a thin layer of peanut butter, and a bannana (i no i eat large breakfests) then for lunch i had a small salad, one peice of veggie pizza (i blotted the grease though) milk, and a pria bar (110 cals) ok well then it got worse when i had soy gelato (not too bad though since it waz soy) For dinner i am having whole wheat pasta, milk, salad, and cherries..i am having no dessert cuz of the ice cream..and today i did the bikkni body workout from fitness mag, i took the doggie for i wlk, and i went up and down my street 2 times doing butt kicks and high knees...i drank 8 bottles of water....so did i do really bad or am i okay??
