Hey everyone hows everyones diet going for them mine could be better i just need some advice my problem areas are my butt, and my legs also my hips. Running doesnt do anything for my butt for some reason ...and i am at a loss for things to do to tone this areas up any suggestions would be great also im having problems with my left knee so i have to go to the orthopedic doctor thursday to check on my torn cartlige. right now what i have been doing is swimming for the past two days and then crunches ...please help
