ok well heres how i did 2day: bfast-bowl of cocopops wiv semi-skimmed milk (i no cocopops may seem bad 4 u but i figured cos ther 4 breakfast nd ur supposed 2 eat more calories at breakfast they woodnt do any harm, lunch- tuna mayo salad roll nd an ice pole, tea- bbq (i aint goin 2 have anything wiv a sauce on it just plaine chicken drumstick or sumhin) nd salad. is tht ok?? oh nd als i actually bn doin any extra exercise except from 2 periods ov p.e at skool a week but i dtill lost weight last week so hows tht? im goni take my dog for a walk 4 lyk 30 mins 2nite after tea tho. plz reply xx
