alright so how does this sound for today...brek-bagel w/ a light layer of cream cheese (i no bad but w/e) low carb yougurt (60 cals) some organge juice, and fruit..lunch-whole wheat turkey wrap stuffted w/ veggies, pria bar (110 cals) and some cherries....snack-10 alomonds and 10 carrots. i dont no wut i am having for din din i will keep u posted but does that sound okay? I am gonna run w/ my friend today and do the bikkini workout from fitnness mag. I drack 8 bottles of water Did i do okay? anything to improve on?
