Message Replying To From Orcy, Age 17 hey guys. ok, so i think i did reasonablly good today but i want your opinion, breakfast- a light and fit fiber yogurt and a mini wheat bagel with a wicked thin layer of peanut butter and a bottle of water. lunch- half a sandwich with sorta a lot of turkey, a pria bar, and some veggies (broccoli, carrots and green peppers)and a water bottle. snack i had a water bottle, then later i had another water bottle and some baked chips (there actually fine for you, only 75 cals, no fat, no sugar and theres not like bad ingredients either)...im just about to go do tae bo for like 45 min. to an hour, and i already walked like 1/2 mile (cuz i hadda babysit lol) but yeah howd i do?? |
